And finally, Trim Castle!
Trim Castle is the largest Anglo-Norman castle in Ireland. Its current claim to fame is its use in 'Braveheart' but it is a striking and amazing structure in itself. Our tour took us from the entrance through the curtain wall up to the very top where we could see all of Trim from its battlements.
